My blog is primarily my own personal fluff in the Warhammer 40,000 universe regarding the Draconis system such as the Knight House Yato in Ryusei, their Household Militia, the Draconian Defenders, and the Forge World of Draconis IV with its Adeptus Mechanicus priesthood, Cybernetica cohorts and Skitarii legions, and the Titan Legion, Legio Draconis, known as the Dark Dragons.

Draconis IV Resurgent

I have been rebuilding my Adeptus Mechanicus army (well, I don't plan on building a whole army of it), and while I have my Skitarii a couple of weeks ago, I have finally added a couple of additions to my Adeptus Mechanicus forces. Since I'm a big fan of robots, I went Kastelan Robots. You probably saw a teaser last week, but I have finally finished gluing the magnets and magnetizing with the help of my friend. My friend, unfortunately, glued the magnets for the heavy phosphor blasters on wrong, and I'm unable to pry the magnets out. Oh well. He's young (about 13), so don't blame him. Fortunately the Kastelan Fists turned out all right, and that's the prime loadout, so I'm in no hurry to rectify the heavy phosphor blasters.

I'm not sure if you can see clearly, but I kitbashed my Cybernetica Datasmith. Well, sort of. His body is mostly the same, but I replaced his head with a Skitarii head and used the power sword Skitarii arm instead of the ugly spiky power fist that the Cybernetica Datasmith originally had. I'll just say it's a power sword that works as a power sword - a power broadsword that is unwieldy (hence subtract 1 from hit roll), but still retains its AP -3. It works, right?

I also expanded on my Imperial Knights army. Well...I guess they are more of Mechanicus Knights or Questor Mechanicus now. Especially since I chose to go down the House Taranis route, which I feel fits my House Yato Knights more than House Griffith's style. Plus I like the Mechanicus Stratagems more, like Machine Spirit Resurgent. Okay, maybe Benevolence of the Machine God isn't my thing, but it might be useful against Psyker-heavy armies like Grey Knights and Thousand Sons. Anyway, the point is that I succeeded in procuring a couple of Armiger Helverins, and now my Imperial Knight army is more rounded out since I don't just have Titanic Knights anymore. The next Knight on my list is most likely a Cerastus Knight Lancer, though I have been toying with the idea of getting 2 Armiger Warglaives and maybe a Knight Preceptor. We'll see.

But yeah, I have a full household of Imperial Knights now! YAY! I can't wait to field them! This means my Adeptus Mechanicus army is essentially complete. I wonder how they'll play out? Skitarii escorting the big Knights and being supported by Kastelan Robots...that sounds really fun!
