Under Matched Play Rule: Command Squads, it says "if you're playing a matched play game, then in a Battle-forged army, you can include a maximum of one <REGIMENT> Command Squad in a Detachment for each <REGIMENT> OFFICER iin that Detachment.
That means you can include a Command Squad for a Tank Commander because he has the Officer keyword! You aren't necessarily restricted to Company Commanders or Platoon Commanders! You can spam plasma Command Squads if you take a Tank Commander, even if you don't have enough Company Commanders or Platoon Commanders!

Now this abuses the Officer rule by including a third Command Squad for the Tank Commander. Will it work? I have no idea! Maybe the Taurox Prime would be more useful than a 3rd plasma Command Squad, but we'll never know!
But if I need some anti-horde firepower, I should change to this. I also feel that the above list has way too much plasma and I overdid the plasma command squad spam. So I'll throw in more anti-horde firepower instead of relying solely on plasma.
